Refrigerant Gas ships to customers within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and destination.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped immediately.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customer location, shipping carrier, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays. Exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted third-party carriers. Carrier selection depends on destination and package size. Once the order is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer.
International Shipping
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs processing may affect delivery time, and Refrigerant Gas is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped, when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Refrigerant Gas is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or orders returned due to failed delivery attempts. Additional fees may apply for reshipment.
Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or force majeure events.
